Last updated: 2 August 2026

Agreement

By using titanmis.co.uk (the "Website") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Access to the TITAN Print MIS application itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement between Titan and the subscribing company; nothing on this Website forms part of that agreement unless expressly incorporated in writing.

This website

The content of this Website is provided for general information about the TITAN Print MIS product. Product capabilities described here reflect the software at the time of writing; specific functionality for your business is confirmed during the demonstration and quotation process. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website without notice.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, overloading our infrastructure, scraping content for commercial reuse without permission, or submitting false or misleading information via forms. We may block access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

Use of the TITAN application

Access to the TITAN application is limited to authorised users of a subscribing company under that company's subscription agreement, acceptable-use rules and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual property

The TITAN name, logo, software, documentation and the design of this Website are the property of their owner and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer them except as expressly permitted in writing or by mandatory law.

Disclaimer

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website. Our aggregate liability arising from the Website in any twelve-month period is limited to £100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
